Description

Camden House is a detached house built around 1840. It is constructed from locally sourced stone that has been cut and squared, topped with a Welsh slate roof featuring overhangs at the eaves and gables, and has stone chimney stacks at each end. The house is two storeys high and consists of three bays. It has sash windows with 16 panes, each set under deep stone lintels. The central entrance features a 6-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight, which is framed by a timber surround with fluted pilasters and a false pediment, likely added in the late 20th century. The interior has not been seen.
