Description
This is an unidentified chest tomb located approximately 6 metres south-southeast of the chancel at the Church of Saint Mary. It dates from around 1800 and is made of white marble with a rectangular plan. The tomb features a tall moulded base and has one fielded panel on each end, as well as two panels on each side, without pilasters and only slim margins. The top is thin and almost flat. The inscription has completely worn away, except for the word "Sacred," which remains in good ornamental script.
