Description

The boundary wall, railings, gatepiers, and gates at The School, located along the east boundary with Vicarage Lane, date from the mid-19th century and extend approximately 40 meters in length. The structure is made of coursed and squared Doulting stone, featuring moulded, roll top coping. At each end of the wall, there are pairs of square stone gatepiers topped with edge-moulded, hipped freestone caps. The wall is topped with wrought iron gates and double spiked railings.
