Description

This is a chest tomb located in the churchyard about 30 metres south-south-east of the tower of the Church of St. Catherine. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of Ham stone. The tomb features a moulded plinth and has one fielded panel on each face, with triple-panelled pilasters at the corners. There is no frieze, and the shallow hipped top has moulded coving with rounded leading edges. The inscriptions on the tomb are not legible.
