Description
102 and 104 Periton Lane are two houses that were originally one farmhouse. They were remodeled in the late 18th century from an earlier structure. The exterior features painted render over rubblestone and a half-hipped slate roof with stacks located to the right and rear. The building has a four-unit plan, likely extended to the left, with rear extensions. It stands two storeys high and has a six-window range. The windows are 20th-century casements with two and three lights of varying heights. The entrance is a door located to the right of centre, sheltered by a hipped porch. The interior has not been inspected.
