Description
Dermar, Fleet Chy-an Meneth, and Old Farm Cottage is a former prebendal manor house that has been divided into three cottages. The earliest exterior features date back to the 16th century, with significant renewal occurring in the 19th century. The building is constructed of rubble and has a coped verge topped with a wheel cross finial, along with tile roofs and brick stacks. It has an L-plan layout and stands two storeys high, featuring two bays on one side and three on the other. The windows are stone mullioned, with two and three lights. There are two door openings on the front, both with four-centred heads; one door is blocked and the other is a plank door. The interiors have not been inspected but are reported to have been altered.
