Description
Southway Farmhouse (North) is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the east side of Wells Road in Southway. The building is rendered with a slate roof featuring a coped verge and brick stacks. It stands two storeys high and has a symmetrical facade with one bay on the left and three bays on the right. The windows are 16-pane sash windows, and the left bay is in a narrow projecting gabled wing. The entrance is centrally located in the right three bays, featuring an 8-panelled door with the top two panels glazed. This farmhouse is one of two adjacent farmhouses sharing the same name.
