Description
Southway Farmhouse (South) is a disused farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed and squared rubble with brick dressings, and there are some remains of render. The roof is slate with coped verges and brick stacks. The building is three storeys high and features three bays with sash windows that have glazing bars. There is a central door opening that contains a partly glazed panelled door, and a 20th-century flat-roofed porch. This farmhouse is one of two adjacent farmhouses sharing the same name.
