Farmhouse set at right angles to road. Early C19. Rendered, with slate roof. Plan: Symmetrical, with central entrance and flanking living rooms. Small wing to rear on left against road, with gable lean-to. Further 2-storey lean-to to centre bay containing staircase, and single storey outhouse to rear of right bay. Elevation: Two storeys, 3 bays. Central C20 glazed door. Sixteen paned sashes to each floor. Gable stacks. Interior not seen.
