Description
Milestone on High Road against the wall of Zelah Lane Chapel. This milestone dates from the early 19th century and is made of painted granite. It has a rectangular shaft with a hipped top and is inscribed on three faces. The left side reads "PENZANCE 27M" written diagonally, the front side shows "9/R" for Redruth, and the right side states "BODMIN 20 M" with "L" at the bottom.
