Former house, now offices. Early C19. Rendered and colourwashed, clay pantiled roof with plain gables, brick chimney stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic, 2 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes in plain surrounds, smaller on first floor, and that to bay 1 set to the right to accommodate the entrance. Central 6-panel door set in timber surround with Doric pilasters and entablature. Raked dormer in centre of roof with 2-light casement window. Workshop buildings to rear and north remodelled 1990. INTERIOR: not inspected.
