Description

This is a late 18th- or early 19th-century house, located at the end of a row. The exterior is rendered with imitation ashlar joints, and has a clay pantiled roof with an abutment to the north and a plain gable to the south. A brick chimney stack is also present. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. It features a plinth and sash windows with 12 panes in plain surrounds; the lower bays one and three have paired windows. The central entrance has a 20th-century door within a stone surround, which includes rudimentary Doric pilasters and a simple open pediment hood. The interior has not been inspected.
