Description

This is a late 18th-century semi-detached house, likely originally part of the adjacent property to the east. The exterior is rendered with simulated ashlar joints and colourwashed, with a parapet concealing the roof. The house has two storeys and a single bay. An end pilaster accents the facade, and a cornice mould runs along the top of the building. It features sash windows with 12 panes in simple surrounds, and a four-panel door to the left, sheltered by a plain rectangular fanlight. All openings have keystones comprising five stones. The interior has not been inspected.
