Description

This is a late 18th-century house situated within a terrace in Wells. The exterior is rendered, with a Welsh slate roof visible above the abutments, and brick chimney stacks, the northern one resting on a stone base. The house has a double-depth plan.

Architecturally, it is a three-story, two-bay building. It features sash windows with four panes on each of the three floors, set within plain rendered architraves. A continuous eaves band runs above the second-floor windows. The entrance is centrally located between the bays, with a six-panel door set within a semicircular arched opening. This arch is fitted with a radially glazed fanlight, framed by slim panelled pilasters and an open pediment supported by console brackets.

The interior of the property has not been inspected.
