Description

No. 18 Union Street is a house in a row, dating from the early 19th century, with some alterations from the mid to late 20th century. It features random rubble stonework and a clay pantiled mansard roof, which has an abutment to the north and a plain gable to the south, along with brick chimney stacks. The house has a double-depth plan.

The exterior consists of two storeys and three bays. On the ground floor, there are 16-pane sash windows, while the first floor has 4-pane windows. The central door, from the 20th century, is set in a timber surround and is topped with an open pediment hood supported by brackets. The interior has not been inspected.
