Description

No. 14, Tucker Street is a house in a row, dating to the 19th century, but incorporating elements of an earlier building. The exterior is rendered over rubble and colourwashed, with a triple-roll clay tile roof, an abutment to the west, and a continuation to the east. A brick chimney stack sits on a massive stone sloped gable, though this is not directly associated with the building. The house has two storeys and one bay, featuring sash windows in plain openings. The ground floor windows have 8 panes, and those on the first floor have 6 panes. A through passage is located on the right-hand side, with the entrance provided to the rear. The interior has not been inspected.
