Description

This is an early 19th-century house in a row, located on Tucker Street. The exterior is roughcast over a rubble base, with a clay pantiled roof and a brick chimney stack rising between the abutments. The building is two storeys high and three bays wide. The ground floor has sash windows; bay 1 has a four-pane window, and bay 2 has a double four-pane window. The first floor has two-light casement windows with horizontal bars. A partially glazed 20th-century door is located to the right of bay 2, and all the openings are plain. The interior has not been inspected. This building has group value in the streetscape.
