Description

A pair of early 19th-century houses located in a row. The houses are built on a rubble core, rendered and colourwashed, with a triple-roll clay tile roof that extends to the west and is abutted to the east. They have brick chimney stacks. The houses have a double-depth plan with a central entry passageway between two rooms.

The exterior is two storeys and four bays wide. The ground floor contains sash windows in simple openings; bays one and two have 8-pane windows, while bays three and four have 6-pane windows. The first floor has smaller pane casement windows, with a three-light casement in bay one and two-light casements in the remaining bays. A passageway runs between bays one and two, with entrances located on either side. Bay four features a boarded door, raised one step, in a plain opening.

The interior was not inspected during the listing process.
