House. C18. Ham Hill stone plinth below render over limestone rubble; steep pantile roof with stepped stone coping and brick stack to left gable end. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 2-window range, but extending over a passageway to the right. All windows are c1980, with forward frames; 2/2-pane sashes to the ground floor and 2-light casements with top vents to the first floor. The C20 planked door with strap hinges is now redundant; entrance is to the right return, in the passage. INTERIOR: altered, a mid C19 staircase to rear, has a turned newel and stick balusters. Attic, now sealed and narrow staircase removed, is said to be fully boarded with wide elm floorboards and traces of windows to gable ends. Noted as having elm floorboards.
