Description
This is an earlier 19th-century semi-detached cottage located on Church Street in Donyatt. The construction is of Ham stone rubble with a plain clay tiled roof between stepped coped gables, and brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and two bays. It features horizontal-bar casement windows with three lights, fitted with false louvred shutters. A boarded door is set within a heavy frame, and this is sheltered by a shallow, timber-clad porch. To the east gable is a single-storey extension that matches the original construction and connects the cottage to the nearby Almshouses. The interior has not been inspected.
