Description
The monument to the Millard family is a chest tomb located in the churchyard, approximately 10 meters north of the vestry of the Church of St Mary the Virgin. It dates from the late 18th century and is made of dressed stone. The tomb has an oblong shape with a moulded plinth and panelled pilasters. Each face features fielded panels, with two on the south side that bear inscriptions for members of the Millard family. The tomb is topped with an entablature that includes paterae and has a slab top.
