Description
Windsor Hill House and the attached former mill is a house dating from around 1800, with later additions from the late 19th century. The building is rendered and features dressed quoins, a slate roof, and brick and ashlar stacks on each side, with coped verges. It is two stories tall with three bays; the center bay is slightly stepped forward and gabled. The windows are sash style with glazing bars, set in moulded stone architraves, with the center window featuring a semi-circular arch head and a keystone, showcasing Gothic glazing. On the ground floor, there are two late 19th-century angular bays flanking a semi-circular headed door opening, which is also framed by a moulded architrave with a keystone. The door is four-panelled and has a fanlight above it. At the rear, there is a three-story, three-bay wing that was formerly a mill, with semi-circular arch windows in plain architraves, featuring fixed-light glazing. There is also a doorway with a keystone on the left side.
