Description

The gateway at the principal driveway entrance to the north of Shepton House is a 19th-century structure designed in the Gothic style. It features a pair of polygonal ashlar piers topped with crenellated cappings. The gateway includes a simple pair of wrought-iron gates and rubble quadrant walls that also have cappings. Additionally, there are square outer piers, each capped with a dome.
