Farmhouse. Mid C18. Local stone rubble, main facade rendered; Welsh slate between coped gables; brick end chimney stacks, 2-storeys, South-East facade of 3 bays, with dairy extension on North East gable, 3-light stone surrounds to windows of beaded architraves and mullions (almost ovolo mould) in outer bays, with 2-light to central bay; projecting porch between bays -1 and -2, gabled, with heavy stone lintel over plain doorway. Extension has a 2-light hollow chamfer mullioned window with rectangular leaded lights and no label (possibly a re-use) and tiled roof with stone base course. To rear an extension at right angles for granary, with stone steps up to plain upper doorway; underneath possibly the cider room having a 2-light hollow chamfer window. Interior of no special interest, but whole site and house of interest in agricultural, dairy history. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, 1983).
