Description

This building is an outbuilding located 10 metres east of Byams. It dates from the 17th century, or possibly earlier, and was reroofed around 1970. The structure is made of cob and random rubble, rendered on the south and west fronts, and features a thatched roof that is half hipped on the projecting wing. It has an "L"-shaped plan facing south and is two storeys high. There is a small moulded window and a segmental door opening on the left return elevation. The building lacks dateable features and is listed for its group value.
