Description
This outbuilding, located 10 meters east of Bingham's Melcombe House, dates from the 17th century and includes a barn and stabling. The walls are constructed of rubble, squared dressed rubble, banded flint, and some brick. It features a thatched, half-hipped roof and stands one and a half storeys tall with irregular fenestration. The windows are 2 and 3-light casements with glazing bars, and there are plain doors, some of which are part glazed. The building has wooden lintels and original tie-beam trusses beneath a modern roof.
