Description
The Dower House, which includes a stable range at the rear, is a mid-19th century rectory that has been converted into a house. It is constructed of flint and ashlar with a gable-ended tiled roof featuring stone-slate verges and stone coping. The building has central and end brick stacks and is designed in a T-plan. The main facade consists of two storeys and an attic with a two-window range, where the right bay is gabled. The stone mullioned windows are fitted with cast iron, octagonal pane casements, arranged in two lights, except for the ground floor right window, which has three lights. The right-hand windows feature returned labels, and there is a single trefoiled lancet window above.
