Description

This is a barn located about 20 metres south-east of Woolmington Farmhouse, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed from local stone rubble with coursed stonework and has a roof covered in corrugated iron sheets, which probably replaced the original thatch. The barn is two storeys high and consists of seven bays. It features boarded two-light openings on both levels in bays 5 and 7, along with a plain window in the upper part of bay 1. The barn holds significant group value with Woolmington Farmhouse.
