Description

This is a 17th-century barn located at Woolsthorpe Manor, with some alterations made in the 19th century. The structure is built from coursed limestone rubble and features ashlar quoins, topped with a pantile roof. It has a single storey and an irregular three-bay front. The central stable doors are set within a larger original opening, and there are two planked openings at the eaves. Two breather slots are still present. The roof is constructed with clasped purlins, and some bracing remains. The barn is included in the listing for its group value.
