The Stable block to Penn Hill 8/56 House, 25m North West of same

Stable block, to main house and of similar middle C19 date. Of cut and squared local stone, with plain ashlar Ham stone dressings to all openings: hipped Welsh slate roof. Rectangular, of 2-storeys and 4-bays: on the East side all but bay 3 having large semi-circular arched openings with double wooden doors; to bay 3 a narrow arched doorway with radial fanlight now partly blocked and a modern window inserted; to the first floor loft are four semi-circular arched openings with wood doors. To the North of the main building a single storey extension with hipped slate roof, with doorway and window detailed to match the main building.
