Description

Stewley Farmhouse is an 18th-century detached farmhouse situated on the south side of Radigan Lane in Ashill. The building is constructed of red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with a double Roman clay tiled roof and brick chimney stacks. The west elevation, which faces away from the road, has three bays. It features casement windows set within gauged brick segmental-arched openings, fitted with rectangular leaded lights; these are 4-light on the outer bays and a 3-light window to the upper central bay. A plain boarded door is set within a heavy frame, with open timberwork. The property was noted as overgrown and neglected in December 1985.
