Description

Capland Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on the north side of Capland Lane in Hatch Beauchamp. The building is constructed from squared and coursed blue lias stone with a slate roof and overhanging eaves, featuring brick stacks at the gable ends. It has a T-shaped plan. The main two-storey, three-bay section features 12-pane sash windows. A central gabled porch provides access to a 6-panel door with inset upper lights. Long, four-bay returns are present, displaying many-paned casements dating to the 19th century.
