Description
Blackgreaves Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse located on Blackgreaves Lane in Lea Marston. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond and features a plain tile roof with brick integral end stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the main house aligned north-south and facing east. It stands three storeys tall, with reduced proportions on the second floor and a dentilled eaves band. The façade consists of three bays with casement windows, where the upper storey windows have segmental heads. The central entrance features a part-glazed six-panel door with a rectangular overlight, sheltered by a 20th-century gabled brick porch. At the rear, there is a timber-framed gable end that is covered in render. The interior has not been inspected.
