9/127 Manor Farmhouse (formerly listed as Perren Farmhouse) 19.4.61 GV II

semi detached farmhouse. Mid C17, modified/ Local grey lias stone cut and squared, Ham stone dressings; thatched roof between coped gabled; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 4 bays. Above, 3-light leaded casement windows of early pattern; below, 4 light hollow chamfer mullioned windows with unworked top mitres and lables, retangular leaded, no pantiled farm buildings attached to rearm presumably forerly thatched, with coped west gable, tall stable-type doors in mid length. Interior not seen but reported are flats unstopped chamfered beams and one fireplace; collar beam rood trusses.
