Description
Berry Farmhouse is a semi-detached cottage, possibly once a shop, dating from the 17th century and later. It is constructed of local lias stone that is cut and squared, with Ham stone dressings, and features a thatched roof between coped gables and brick chimney stacks. The building has two storeys and two bays.
On the upper level, there are hollow chamfered mullioned windows with three, two, and three lights, which are rectangular leaded and set in recesses without labels. The lower level features a 24-pane bow window with a fascia and flat roof above, alongside a pair of part-glazed doors to the right. In the lower bay three, there is a three-light small-pane casement window under a timber lintel. In lower bay two, there is a boarded door in a heavy frame within a plain opening, topped with a label. The interior has not been seen.
