Description

These are 19th-century cottages at numbers 29 to 31 Devonshire Place. Numbers 29 and 30 are two-storey buildings, while number 31 is three-storey. Number 29 has two windows, number 30 has one window and a side passage entrance, and number 31 is double-fronted with three windows. They have stone slate roofs, with number 31 featuring a coped gable with a kneeler. The facades are stuccoed. The windows are flush-framed sash windows with exposed boxing and glazing bars, although number 29 has a modern bow window on its ground floor. The doorways have been altered with modern canopies. Numbers 28 to 31 form a group with the Country Hotel.
