GV II

House. Early C19, with later C19 alteration. Dressed sandstone on rendered plinth, with timber eaves band; pantile roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers, and brick end stacks. Cast-iron standards and handrail. Central-entry plan. 2-storey 3-window front. 5 steps up to 6-panel door with overlight, beneath C20 flat hood on brackets; 2 single-pane sash windows on each side. On first floor, 4-pane sashes flank single-pane centre sash. All windows have painted stone sills, and all openings have flat arches of voussoirs. Paired modillion eaves cornice. Ramped-up handrail on turned standards on front door steps.
