Description

This is a house located at 74 Greengate, built in the early 19th century. It features pink and cream mottled brick laid in stretcher bond on a brick plinth, topped with a pantile roof that has a brick stack at the right end. The building is two stories high with a two-window front. There is a step up to a four-panel door that has an overlight above it. On both floors, the windows to the right are 16-pane sashes, while there is a 12-pane sash window above the front door. All windows are fitted with painted stone sills, and each opening has tooled painted wedge lintels. Additionally, there is one roof light.
