Description

House at 49 Greengate, built in the late 18th century, with alterations from the late 19th century. The front is rendered, featuring rendered brick steps and end brick stacks on a pantile roof. It has a central-entry plan with a two-storey, two-window front. There are three steps leading up to a 20th-century door, which is located beneath a blocked overlight and positioned between four-pane sash windows. The first floor has two-light large-pane sliding sashes, and all windows have rendered sills.
