GV II

Late C18 three storeys attic and basement painted brick. Gable end roof with flat eaves to west front, stone coping to south gable end. The south front is of one window to upper floors, no glazing bars and on ground floor central glazed door flanked by windows. The main west front is of three windows, symmetrical, altered sashes. and modern casements. Central door of six fielded panels, blind semi-circular fanlight in doorcase of fluted pilasters, broken entablature and open pediment, moulded ornament to frieze. One of first floor windows is a rectangular stuccoed bay with cornice and one sash to front.

No 15 forms a group with No 1 East Sandgate.
