Description

9 Princess Street is a late 18th-century building featuring three storeys of painted brick and a gable-end slate roof. Each floor has two windows with flush framed sashes that do not have glazing bars. To the right corner, there is a door with six fielded panels, topped by a rectangular fanlight set in a pilaster frame with a cornice. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of Princess Street, ranging from numbers 5 to 25.
