Description

No. 22 Sandside is a cottage from the 18th or 19th century, located set back and adjoining Nos. 21 and 23. The building is two storeys high and features cement rendering with rustication. It has a low gable end roof covered with pantiles. The front has one window, which is large on the ground floor, and there are recessed sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first floor. There is also a semi-basement with a door. This cottage is listed for its group value, as it is part of a row that includes Nos. 21 to 26 consecutively.
