Description

No. 5 Quay Road is a cottage dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed of painted stone rubble and stands two storeys tall. The cottage features two widely spaced sash windows with glazing bars. A central gabled panelled wood porch adds to its character, and it is topped with a slate roof. This building is included for its group value, as it contributes to a cohesive group with Nos. 2 to 16 Quay Road.
