Description

This is an early 19th-century terrace of cottages located on Quay Road in Charlestown. The buildings are constructed of rendered rubble, with number 13 being painted brick. The terrace has two storeys and a total of ten windows, all of which are sash windows, with number 14 featuring glazing bars. There are round-headed niches above the doorways. Cottages numbers 14, 15, and 16 have fielded panel doors and flat-roofed porches supported by open ironwork columns. The roofs are slate, with hipped ends. The terrace is included on the list for its group value, contributing to a good group of buildings with numbers 2 to 17.
