Description

SANDSIDE 1. 1605 Nos 25 and 26 TA 0488 4/84 22.12.53.

II GV

  1. Late C18 pair. 3 storeys attic and basement. Ashlar stone front with band cornice and parapet with bold coping, now with rusticated cement rendering. Gable end pantile roof. 2 flush architrave framed dormer sashes. 3 windows to upper floors, one each on ground floor with paired entrances to centre. Flush framed sashes double on ground floor of No 25. No glazing bars. Doors, in centre, of 6 fielded panels with rectangular fanlights. Plain spear head rails to areas, returned to doorways.

Nos 21 to 26 (consec) form a group.
