Description

34 and 35 Sandside are early to mid 18th century buildings that are part of the same block as Nos 32 and 33, but they face east. The buildings feature a plinth, bands between the storeys, and a moulded coved eaves cornice that returns to a common hipped roof. There are two flat roof pedimented casement dormers and five windows, with the outer ones closely set. The windows have flush architrave framed sashes with intact glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches. Two doorways flank the central ground floor window, with doors that have five fielded panels set in architrave eases, topped with moulded rectangular panels. Nos 32 to 35 form a group.
