Description
1 Hanover Street and 62 Worcester Road is a late 18th century building constructed of painted brick. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows with sashes that include marginal panes and sills. The entrance is highlighted by a pilastered doorcase and a rectangular fanlight above. There are decorative bands at the first and second floor levels, along with a moulded brick cornice and a parapet. The roof is slate-covered, and there is a wing at the rear. The adjacent 62 Worcester Road has a plain-tile roof and 19th century sashes, along with a gabled porch that includes a bowed double-leaved part-glazed door.
