Description

74 Port Street is a late 18th-century building constructed of painted brick. It stands three storeys tall and features long and short chamfered quoins at the sides. The front has four sash windows, each with keyblocks and channelled lintels. On the ground floor, there is a doorway with a segmental head supported by consoles, along with a modern multi-paned segmental bow window. At the rear, there is a two-storeyed wing that is likely from the 17th century, which includes some exposed ceiling beams. The building is topped with a parapet.
