Description

This is a pair of 18th or early 19th century buildings at 19 and 20 Burgate. They are two storeys high and constructed from coursed rubble with a pantile roof. The front has two windows, with simple wooden lintels above, and no glazing bars to the upper sashes. The ground floor features two bow windows with multiple panes of glazing. The front door to number 19 has six panels and is raised three steps. Number 20 has a plain front door. This pair of buildings is part of a group which also includes numbers 1 to 15 and 17 to 21, and numbers 30 to 40 of Burgate.
