Description

No. 37 Richmond Road is a cottage dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of rubble with ashlar dressings and features a pantile roof. The building has two storeys and one window on the first floor. On the ground floor to the left, there is a 20th-century part-glazed panelled door set in a flush ashlar surround, which includes a large keystone. The cottage also has 20th-century casement windows, each in flush ashlar surrounds with keystones. A brick stack is located at the right end of the building.
